Financial Options
We understand that everyone’s finances are different. Therefore, we have many options for your financial arrangements so that you can proceed with the treatment that you need and want. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. We can also help you with your Flex Spending or Health Savings Account. For extensive treatment plans, we provide a 5% discount if your treatment is paid in full with check or cash prior to beginning treatment. You may also extend your payments to 3 months without interest by paying one half prior to beginning treatment and the balance in three equal installments.
Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it. We offer Care Credit which will allow you to finance your treatment interest free for up to 6 months.
The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
Our practice accepts and files all dental insurance plans
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We will handle all of the work for you- filing claims electronically and attaching x-rays, pictures, or writing narratives when necessary, to help expedite and maximize your benefits. Our financial agreement, however, is with you, the patient, not the insurance company. Your overall Dental Wellness and overall health will always be our Number 1 concern. We want to help keep your mouth, gums, teeth, and smile as healthy as possible, and with that in mind, we will not let a dental insurance company dictate any of your treatment. We love our patients and treat them as if they are part of our family and how we would want to be treated.
Care Credit
Care Credit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health, beauty, and wellness needs. It’s a way to pay for the costs of many treatments and procedures and allows you to make convenient monthly payments. Care Credit offers a special financing option with no interest for 3, or 6 months. It’s easy to apply and you’ll receive an answer almost immediately. Our practice partners with Care Credit to give our patients multiple financing options.
Complimentary Cost Analysis
We would be happy to do a Complimentary Cost- Analysis of your current Dental insurance plan. As every plan and situation differs, we have helped many of our patients save money by switching to our FDWPlan. We have also had those patients who are getting their existing dental insurance at a very good/discounted rate(Because their employer is paying for all or part of the premium) and have advised those patients to keep their current plan. We understand that insurance- premiums, co-pays, deductibles, limits, etc. can get confusing, and we also understand that Dental Insurance is vastly different from health insurance. We would be happy to take a look at your situation and try to help you make the best decision for you.
